How will I receive the records in response to my request?
Answer:

The easiest way to receive your requested documents is through DIR's Public Information Portal. This will allow you to download the information securely. You may also receive your documents at your personal email address or by mail or fax.  If you prefer to receive your documents outside of the portal, please note that preference when you submit your request.
